If you need an affidavit sworn or a document notarized, these community agencies provide that service for free.

Call first to make an appointment and to find out what you need to bring. You should bring the affidavit that you need sworn with you, or be clear what information you need in the affidavit.

Also bring identification with you. Some agencies require two pieces of signed photo identification.
