The Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team, in partnership with DAFHT, has organized Care Days, providing free access to health and social care services under one roof to individuals who are vulnerable. One of these services is legal advice around the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW) and housing rights.
