Gail Buckley is a dedicated member of our ODSP team, where she supports clients through Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) applications and provides representation at Social Benefits Tribunal appeal hearings. Her work reflects a strong commitment to social justice and client-centered advocacy. Gail’s journey with the clinic began in 2013 as a Social Service Worker student. She officially joined the team in 2014 as a Client Service Representative, conducting intake and supporting front-line service delivery. Over the years, she has continued to deepen her expertise and passion for serving vulnerable communities

In 2025, Gail became a licensed paralegal, further enhancing her ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. She holds an Honours Paralegal Diploma from Anderson College, an Honours Social Service Worker Diploma from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Social Services with Distinction from the University of Guelph-Humber. Gail brings a unique blend of legal knowledge, front-line experience, and a deep understanding of community support systems to her role, making her an invaluable asset to the team and to the clients she serves.
